During the 2014-2015 school year, Andrew used his platform of Senior Class President at New Utrecht High School to collaborate with other high schools and lead the newly created District 20 High School Council.

In October 2019, five years after being elected as Senior Class President of New Utrecht High School, Andrew started the New Utrecht Alumni Mentorship Program to aid juniors and seniors in their career paths.
